Ron is active in his community as an assistant varsity football coach and active booster. He has two sons.

Kent has worked in every facet of product development, from birth of an idea to manufacturing and distribution. Having sourced for over 10 different Fortune 500 companies in the past 32 years, he has sourced everything from medical products to parts and components in over 20 different industries.

Finding and helping to build the best product for any industry, Kent understands how it can compliment what they want as it relates to each area of their business. This creates a great synergy between Covenant and any business we are sourcing for.

Kent is based on the west coast. He has three daughters and two stepchildren.

Mike graduated from Ball State University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Management and Business Administration. He started his 23 years in the RV industry with 17 years at Lippert Components where he started as a management trainee on the floor welding chassis. There he acquired a vast knowledge of all areas from product development and improvement, to process improvement, engineering, cost analysis, and logistics. Mike also has strong skills in manufacturing processes, quality control, and customer service.

His customer service and engineering experience help provide insight on how to effectively develop a product, or improve on an existing product to the specifications you require. This is done by working alongside the customer to ascertain their specific needs and determine how we as a company will accomplish and exceed those needs with the manufacturing facility.

Mike’s experience with the RV manufacturers allowed him to see RVs being built. He learned innovative processes such as cutting the I- beams for the chassis main rails and welding them up to watch the OEM attach axles, set floors, walls, and roof, then send it out the door. This allows him to comprehend all of our current and future products will work inside that unit and how it may improve or hinder the production line. His goal is to provide a product that will fit seamlessly in your new or existing product line.

He has a great ability to develop lasting relationships with you and your team.

Mike is based in Elkhart County, Indiana where he grew up. He is active in his community as a Co-Chairman for a 50-year-old golf outing that provides additional funds for the Local men’s and women’s high school golf teams. In the fall of 2020, at the age of 46, he decided to give back to the community and become a firefighter. He’s an active volunteer fireman and treasurer at Jefferson Township Fire Department. He has a daughter active in high school lacrosse and two stepchildren.

VP of Sourcing and Supply Chain

Kyle is a recent graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Kyle started his professional career at PetSmart’s corporate office working on their international transportation team. This is where Kyle gained a strong knowledge base of international supply chains and their inner workings. Kyle later moved into a leadership role at one of PetSmart’s largest distribution centers where he lead a team of over fifty people.

With a unique knowledge of the retail industry and international supply chains, Kyle brings a different perspective to Covenant Group that drives innovation. Kyle prides himself in ensuring all of Covenant’s supply chains run efficiently and provide customers peace of mind knowing their products are in great hands.

Kyle is based on the west coast and has a rescue border terrier mix named Walter.
